Can I Clean My Printer with Rhino Resin Cleaner?
Yes! We recommend doing a 1:1 ratio with water in a spray bottle. It may not dry as fast but it cleans the build-plate, build-tray and printer cover.
How Does Rhino Resin Cleaner Compare to IPA?
Rhino Resin Cleaner is a game-changer compared to traditional isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Unlike IPA, which is flammable, harsh, and potentially hazardous with prolonged use, Rhino Resin Cleaner offers a safer, organic, biodegradable solution that’s just as effective. It quickly and efficiently removes resin residue without the toxic fumes or risks associated with IPA. What If I Don't Have a Cleaning Station?
No problem! You can either use a pickle jar and put your models in there and shake, or use a container and scrub using a tooth brush or anything that scrubs! (Use protective nitrile gloves and glasses while using this method).

How Long Does Rhino Resin Cleaner Last?
The endurance of the cleaner depends on size of prints and amount of resin being submerged and cleaned. For dental applications, 50-70 models can be cleaned before effectiveness begins to wear off.

How Does Rhino Resin Cleaner Impact the Environment?
Because of low vapor pressure, less fumes and vapor are is emitted into air than traditional IPA. Rhino Resin Cleaner is biodegradable by itself however when mixed with resin, it is not.

What Is Our Return Policy?
Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 15 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns will be qualified on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@winprecision.com to qualify and initiate a return.

What is Our Shipping Policy?
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates; actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.
Address Accuracy: To ensure smooth delivery, please double‑check that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they are in transit, and additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely. If the courier loses your order in transit, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.
